PAYMENT, REFUND, AND CANCELLATION POLICY

1. PAYMENT POLICY


The customers and clients will make the payment according to the services they have chosen to receive. There will be two options: a one-time payment paid in whole before the start of our services or 50% deposit upon accepting quote/estimate with remaining 50% balance paid immediately upon completion of service. Whenever you use our services, they will be according to the rules and regulations. All prices that have been settled before the start of a project are final.
All customers can select any of the payment methods provided by the website platform.
Mainly, these methods include:
a. Check onsite
b. Wix Payments
c. Cash onsite


1.1. Disclaimer of Liability
While availing any of the payment methods offered by us, we are not responsible or take no liability of whatsoever nature in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly to you including but not limited to the following :
a. Lack of authorization for any transactions since all payments will be processed through either Wix Payments or specific payment gateways implemented by Visa, Master, American Express, or Discover.
b. Any payment issues arising out of the transaction.
c. The decline of transactions for any other reasons.


2. RENEWAL OF PREMIUM MEMBERSHIP


Membership can be renewed through the following ways.
a. They can add a second year when they purchase the filtration system at the start.
b. The technician of EZFlow Water Solutions will offer a renewal of the Premium Membership during the last service appointment.


3. REFUND POLICY
There are no refunds granted once the services have been rendered and installations have been completed. Please note all sales are final due to the nature of our services and equipment.


4. Cancellation of Services


a. You can cancel the services within 24 hours of placing the order without any extra charges or fees.
b. You can also cancel services and installation 7 days before the installation date. If you request cancellation within 7 days of the installation day, you will be required to pay a $100 restocking fee on point-of-entry systems and $50 restocking fee on point-of-use systems. Restocking fee will be withheld from deposit. Remaining amount will be refunded by same method used for payment.
