WARRANTY POLICY

The warranty obligations of EZFlow Water Solutions LLC (“EZFlow Water Solution”, Website”, “Company”) for water filtration-related equipment, system, and products (collectively called “products”) sold on or through our website or onsite or in person are limited to the terms set forth below. This warranty policy shall only apply to the products and services purchased through our app or website.


Note:
a. Any mention of “product(s)”, “item(s)” or “good(s)” in this warranty policy shall mean the water filtration OR treatment system bought from the website or app of EZFlow Water Solutions or onsite sales.


b. Mentioning terms such as “you”, “customer” and “purchaser” shall mean the persons who either have bought the services or products from EZFlow Water Solutions as well as any subsequent owner of the property where the filtration system has been installed.


1. WARRANTY POLICY COVERAGE


This warranty covers the manufacturing, workmanship, craftmanship, materials or inherent defects for all the products purchased from our website. A manufacturing defect is a deviation from design specifications during production resulting in a product's defect, frailty or problem.


2. CONDITIONS UNDER WHICH WARRANTY IS NOT COVERED
This warranty on our products does not cover any damage, deterioration or malfunction resulting from any alteration, modification, improper or unreasonable use or abuse, misuse, accident, neglect, exposure to excess heat, fire, freeze, improper use, lightning, power surges, or other acts of nature. In continuity to the above statement, this warranty also does not cover any damage, deterioration or malfunction resulting from the installation or removal of the products from any installation, any unauthorized tampering with the product, any repairs attempted by anyone unauthorized by EZFlow Water Solutions to make such repairs or any other cause which does not relate directly to a defect in materials and/or workmanship of the products.


Without limiting any other exclusion herein, we do not warrant that the product covered hereby, including, without limitation, the technology included in the product, will not become obsolete or that such items are or will remain compatible with any other product or technology with which the product may be used.


3. HOW LONG THE WARRANTY COVERAGE LASTS?
The standard warranty for the products is (2) years from the date of installation. For the purpose of this policy, the warranty period shall commence from the date and time the product is installed by us.


4. WHO IS COVERED UNDER THIS WARRANTY?
a. The original purchaser of the products (or the original owner) who has bought the product from our website or onsite in person is covered under this warranty.
b. This warranty is also transferable subject to a transfer fee. After which the new owner shall also be covered under this warranty policy. Please note if the new owner has purchased the house within 180 days there will not be any transfer fee. Please read our Warranty Transfer for more details.


5. WHAT EZFlow Water Solutions WILL DO TO COMPLY WITH WARRANTY POLICY?
We at our sole option, provide one of the following solutions to whatever extent it shall deem necessary to satisfy a proper claim under this warranty.


a. The warranty will cover parts, materials, and craftsmanship deficiencies.
b. Only the defective items will be repaired or replaced.
c. If craftsmanship is not the issue then standard labor rates will be charged


6. HOW TO CLAIM A WARRANTY UNDER THIS POLICY?
To obtain a warranty under this warranty policy, you must contact us either through our e-mail (support@ezflowwatersolutions.com) or by calling us at +1(469)205-9117. Make sure to provide all the details about the issues you are having.


7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The maximum liability of our company under this warranty shall not exceed the actual purchase price paid for the filtration installation. For the purpose of liability EZFlow Water Solutions LLC its CEO, owner, staff and any other verified representatives are not responsible for direct, special, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from any breach of warranty or condition, or under any other legal theory. Some cities, districts, or countries may not allow the exclusion or limitation of relief, special, incidental, consequential or indirect damages, or the limitation of liability to specified amounts however to the extent of this policy the above limitations or exclusions apply to you whatever the case may be.


8. RELEASE OF CLAIMS
All customers agree that they will fully and completely hold harmless, indemnify and release U EZFlow Water Solutions, its CEO, staff and team members, employees, shareholders, directors, consultants, affiliates, or anyone else affiliated with us from any and all damages, causes of action, liability, suits, allegations, sums of money, claims and demands whatsoever, in law or equity, that customers ever had, now have or will have in the future against EZFlow Water Solutions, arising from customers’ participation in or in any way related to our products, using of our products, services, website and/or communications even if we were aware in advance of the possibility of any such claim.


9. GENERAL CONDITIONS


a. This document contains your entire agreement with us in relation to its subject matter. All prior representations (except fraudulent misrepresentations) and agreements are excluded to the extent permitted by law.


b. By purchasing or obtaining the products or services from us, you are deemed to be bound by all the terms in this warranty policy. This extends to anyone who is claiming or will claim a warranty.


c. The warranty policy is subject to the rules and terms set by EZFlow Water Solutions. It can be changed, deleted, or amended at any time without any warning.


d. The final decision for all warranty-related matters rests upon EZFlow Water Solutions.


e. Our Warranty may only be varied or extended in writing. Any variations must be approved in writing by an authorized representative.


f. If any term of our warranty is unenforceable in any jurisdiction, the legality or enforceability of the remaining terms will not be affected or impaired.
